Position Overview:

We are seeking an entry-level Digital Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Paragon Industries. This full-time, salaried position reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager and plays a crucial role in implementing our digital sales strategy while supporting administrative and creative functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage and update the company website (e.g., descriptions, texts, prices, images, etc.) using tools like Shopify.
• Create visually engaging content using Canva for use in digital marketing and sales efforts.
• Track and analyze internal sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and present digital sales performance reports.
• Input sales orders from digital channels into the company’s ERP system.
• Monitor and follow up on order statuses to ensure timely shipment and invoicing.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the Marketing & Sales department.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose new ideas to enhance digital sales.
• Occasionally travel to trade shows (4-5 times per year, nationwide).

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with online tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopify.
• Experience using Canva for creating images and other visual content.
• Willingness to learn ERP software and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, on-site position in Mesquite, TX.
• 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
